New Product Development to reduce roll-out time for SaaS solution, and reducing training requirements, though creation of intuitive self-support configuration tools.

Situation

Among the most time consuming part of Eko Enterprise product roll-out is tailoring to each client’s business process.

Task

Create an intuitive, self-service capabilities for each clients to tailor the app according to their own business process.

Action

Gather use cases from existing clients, conduct research on no-code platforms, and test various concepts throughout the development process.

Result

Creation of a no-code workflow engine with if-then scenarios, resulting in faster project roll-out and reduced support costs.
